1. Contest Overview

The “Win an Ibanez AZES31” contest is organized by Kiko Loureiro Guitar Academy (KLGA) as part of its Anniversary Campaign. The purpose of this promotion is to gift one participant with an Ibanez AZES31 guitar. Participation is free and open to interested individuals worldwide subject to the rules below.

2. Contest Period

The contest begins on March 14th, 2026 – 8 PM (CET)and will be valid until March 31st, 2026 8 PM (CET).

Entries submitted after this deadline will not be considered.

3. How to Participate

To participate in the contest, entrants must complete the following steps:

• Register through the official Anniversary Campaign page.
• Fill out the participation form with full name, country, valid email address, WhatsApp number and guitar level (Beginner / Intermediate / Advanced).
• Answer the question:
  “What is your biggest challenge on guitar right now?”

Each participant may submit only one entry and must ensure that all information provided is accurate and truthful. Fraudulent, incomplete or duplicate entries may result in disqualification.

4. Selection of the Winner

The winner will be chosen by a judging panel composed of members of the KLGA team based on the following criteria:

• Clarity and authenticity of the response
• Relevance to the participant’s musical journey
• Alignment with the spirit of the Anniversary Campaign

The decision of the judging panel is final and cannot be appealed.

The winner will be announced by April 10, 2026 through KLGA’s official communication channels and via email to the selected participant.

5. Prize

The prize consists of one brand-new Ibanez AZES31 guitar.

The guitar will be shipped internationally and shipping costs will be fully covered by the organizer. However any customs duties, import taxes or local fees applicable in the winner’s country will be the sole responsibility of the winner.

The prize is personal and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

6. General Conditions

• Participation in this contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of all terms described in these rules.
• No purchase is required to participate in this external giveaway.
• The organizer is not responsible for technical issues, system failures, incorrect contact information or other circumstances that may prevent participation.
• The winner must respond to the prize confirmation email within 10 days of receiving it. Failure to respond within this period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
• The organizer reserves the right to modify these rules if necessary provided that participants are properly informed.

7. Final Provisions

Any disputes or situations not covered in these rules will be resolved by the contest’s judging panel.
