1. ORGANIZER

This contest is organized and administered by KLGA. By participating in this contest participants agree to comply fully with these Terms and Conditions.

The organizer reserves the right to interpret these rules and make final decisions regarding eligibility submissions and the selection of the winner.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Participation in the contest is open to individuals worldwide unless prohibited by local law.

Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their respective jurisdictions. Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation is legally permitted in their country or region.

The organizer reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any participant who provides false information violates these terms or attempts to manipulate the contest process.

3. CONTEST PARTICIPATION

Participants must submit their entry according to the instructions provided in the official contest announcement.

Entries must be original and created by the participant submitting them.

Entries that contain unlawful offensive defamatory or infringing content may be removed and the participant may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the organizers.

Only entries submitted within the official contest period will be considered valid.

4. WINNER SELECTION

The winner will be determined according to the evaluation or voting process described in the official contest announcement.

The decision of the organizers regarding the final winner is final and binding.

The organizers reserve the right to disqualify entries that are suspected of vote manipulation automated voting coordinated fraudulent activity or any other behavior that undermines the integrity of the contest.

5. PRIZE

The winner will receive the prize described in the official contest announcement which in this case is an Ibanez AZ Premium guitar.

The prize is non transferable non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative items.

The organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

6. PRIZE DELIVERY AND SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

The organizers will make reasonable efforts to ship the prize to the confirmed winner after the winner has provided valid shipping information.

The organizers do not guarantee any specific shipping or delivery timeframe.

The organizers are not responsible for delays caused by third parties including shipping carriers suppliers customs authorities or other logistical services outside the organizers’ control.

The organizers are not responsible for loss theft damage or deterioration of the prize during shipping once the prize has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

The prize is provided as is without additional warranties representations or guarantees from the organizers beyond any warranty that may be offered by the manufacturer.

Any shipping disputes or transport related issues may need to be resolved directly with the shipping provider when applicable.

7. USE OF SUBMITTED CONTENT

By submitting an entry participants grant the organizers a worldwide perpetual royalty free license to use reproduce publish distribute display modify and adapt submitted materials including images videos text usernames and related content for marketing promotional educational or commercial purposes.

This includes but is not limited to use on websites social media advertising campaigns promotional materials community showcases and other communications related to KLGA and its activities.

Participants acknowledge that no additional compensation will be provided for such use.

Participants confirm that they own or have the legal right to grant permission for the use of the submitted content and that the content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights privacy rights or other rights of any third party.

8. DISQUALIFICATION AND FRAUD PREVENTION

The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant who is suspected of attempting to manipulate the contest process including but not limited to vote manipulation automated entries use of bots fraudulent accounts coordinated manipulation or other deceptive practices.

Any participant found to be violating these rules may be removed from the contest without prior notice.

9. RIGHT TO MODIFY SUSPEND OR CANCEL THE CONTEST

The organizers reserve the right to modify suspend or cancel the contest at any time if circumstances arise that compromise the fairness integrity security or proper operation of the contest.

Such circumstances may include but are not limited to technical failures platform outages fraud external interference or unforeseen operational issues.

In such cases the organizers may determine an alternative method of selecting a winner from eligible entries received before the disruption or cancel the contest entirely.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating in the contest participants agree to release and hold harmless the organizers their affiliates partners employees representatives and contractors from any claims damages losses liabilities or expenses arising out of or related to participation in the contest or acceptance possession use or misuse of the prize.

The organizers shall not be liable for any indirect incidental consequential or special damages resulting from participation in the contest or from the use or inability to use the prize.

Participants assume full responsibility for any risks associated with participation in the contest or the use of the prize.

11. PLATFORM DISCLAIMER

This contest is not sponsored endorsed administered by or associated with Discord Instagram YouTube or any other platform where the contest may be promoted or discussed.

Participants release such platforms from any responsibility related to the contest.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from or relating to this contest shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Finland.

Participants agree that any legal disputes claims or proceedings arising out of the contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Finland.

13. DATA PROTECTION AND GDPR COMPLIANCE

The organizers are committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all participants.

Any personal data provided by participants including name username contact details shipping information and submitted content will be processed solely for the purposes of administering the contest selecting the winner delivering the prize and promoting the contest as described in these Terms and Conditions.
